Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 267 platform via website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future services from the date they take effect. 267 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only.
- Only individuals eligible to use the service under the laws of Bangladesh may register.
- Each user may register one account only.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. If a single individual registers multiple accounts, both accounts will be terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Identity verification (KYC) may require a National ID card or passport.
Users are required to keep their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Sharing account information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized activity on the account must be reported to the 267 support team immediately.
267 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Conducting fraudulent or deceptive activities on the platform.
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorized technology.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 267's systems.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 267 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's guidelines.
Identity verification may be required for withdrawals. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same. Processing typically takes one to three business days.
Bonus terms apply separately, and the specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
267 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
- If fraud is suspected.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- If evidence of illegal activity is found.
- If the user requests account closure.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
267 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform. Betting and gaming are inherently risky activities and losses are possible. Users place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for the outcomes.
267 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection, system errors, or third-party issues. We are committed to resolving such issues as quickly as possible.
All content on the 267 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 267's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Any third-party links on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. 267 is not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.
Applicable Law & Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
267 may modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
